Special Olympics Arizona – FBR Open
Concession Tent Volunteers Needed

Special Olympics Arizona will again be manning several concession tents at the FBR Open at the TPC of Scottsdale from Thursday, January 29 – Sunday, February 1, 2009

We are recruiting groups and individuals to work in the Special Olympics assigned tents and are asking your help to fill the following positions.

It is our hope to assign one tent per day to a specific Special Olympics delegation, corporate or volunteer group that could be responsible for “owning” one tent for a particular day and staff the tents with their own volunteers.

One contact from each program or group would be assigned to coordinate their volunteers with Gail Gilmartin, Special Olympics Arizona VP of Volunteerism.

Tent D: Limited Tent (20x20) located on the #8 Fairway /11th Green

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
7:30am - 1:30pm - 10 volunteers needed
12:00Noon - 6:00pm - 10 volunteers needed
Total Volunteers needed = 20 per day

Tent G: Limited Tent (20x20) located between the 14th and 15th holes

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
7:30am - 1:30pm - 10 volunteers needed
12:00Noon - 6:00pm - 10 volunteers needed
Total Volunteers needed = 20 per day

Tent K: Limited Tent (20x20) located on West Side of Course

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
9:00am – 2:00pm – 10 volunteers needed
12:30pm – 6:00pm – 10 volunteers needed
Total Volunteers needed = 20 per day

Tent N: Limited Tent (40x20) located on the 16th Fairway*

*Wednesday
9:00am – 3:00pm – 6 volunteers needed

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
7:30am - 1:30pm - 15 volunteers needed
12:00Noon - 6:00pm - 20 volunteers needed
Total Volunteers needed = 35 per day

*Wednesday is an additional day for Tent N only.
